I decided I could add some accountability by totally making all my measurements public. I also took some before pictures but those aren't going up until I have some fantastic after pictures!
Here is where I am after 5 days of the 10 day cleanse portion of the 24 day challenge:
Total Pounds Lost: 5.4
Total Inches Lost: 4.75
I can't complain!So far it hasn't been too bad. Matt has been pretty hungry but the calorie total is pretty close to what I was eating before, they are all just super healthy calories now! I have definitely noticed that when my meals aren't super delicious and full of cheese I notice my hunger and stop eating when I am full. I am not longer just shoveling delicious cheesy food into my mouth. Mmmmm cheese... did I mention I love cheese? That is one thing you can't have during the 10 day cleanse which is probably for the best because I can't control myself when it comes to cheese!
My biggest problem right now is having to pee constantly and the fiber supplements aren't exactly agreeing with my digestive system... tmi?

I can't control myself around cheese and pasta. What is your food weakness?
