Without further ado...
Boom!
6 pounds and 6.25 inches lost! I will give up macaroni and cheese for ten days for those results (not forever though)!
If you saw my five day update then you know the significant changes came in the first five days. This is unsurprising since it is easy to drop water weight pretty quick.
I did cheat a little, but seriously only a tiny little bit. I was actually pretty impressed with myself for how well I stuck to the plan! I did modify some of the meals to fit my likes. For example, I could not have done ten days of protein shakes. They tasted fine but I just am not much of a drink my food person. I stick to tea and water 99% of the time. So after 3 days I went out and bought some protein bars. That was much more realistic for me to stick to. I tried to find bars that had similar nutrient amounts to the shake. I tried multiple brands and plan to rate those for you soon (spoiler alert... thinkThin Creamy Peanut Butter wins)!
Now we move into what Advocare calls the "Max Phase". It is basically the "Cleanse Phase" but with dairy, coffee, and whole grains allowed in moderation. To celebrate making it through the cleanse we are having personal "clean" pizzas for dinner! Mmmmmmm pizza.....
Oh, cheese how I missed you!
